Sampling
is an excellent way for you to meet lots of new people and
generate leads that will help grow your business.
Wherever you go
there are people who have not yet heard of L’Bri Pure n’

Ready To Talk About Samples
Sampling
can be done anywhere at anytime. Wherever you go, whether it
is to run errands, go to the grocery store, a little league
game, your child’s school, family reunions, the mall, or to
the doctor’s office. Be sure to have plenty of your business
cards and L’Bri vs. The Competition flyers with you at all
times. The key is to always be prepared.
Following Up With Your Sample Prospect
The follow-up part of the
sampling program is the most critical part of the whole
process.
A wealth of business can result from prompt, professional
follow-up practices.
Follow-up must be done within
two to three days of someone receiving a sample. Plan
your schedule so you can follow-up promptly. Prompt
follow-up is critical for maximum results.
“Hi, this is ______ with L’Bri Pure n’
Natural and I met you the other day at ______.
I’ve been so excited to get back in touch with you.
Have you received your samples yet? How are you enjoying the
samples so far? Did you get a chance to treat yourself
to the facial masque? If she says, “yes,” continue by
asking her the questions below.
- “How did the
masque feel as it was drying?”
- “Did you
compare both sides of your face after treatment?”
- “What did
you first notice after you rinsed off the masque?”
- “Did your
skin look smoother, your pores smaller?”
- “How do
L’Bri products make your skin feel overall?
Continue to review
the various products with her. Then proceed with:
“As a special thank
you ______for giving L’Bri a try, you are now eligible to
receive free and discounted full size L’Bri products by
hosting a L’Bri skin care lesson with just four of your
friends.
Refer to
‘Booking Script’
and continue to talk to your prospect about hosting a lesson
using the script.
If your prospect is not interested in
hosting a lesson discuss with her how she can get started
with the full size products by purchasing the Five Piece
Pure n’ Natural Skin Care Set. Explain how she will
get full sizes that will last approximately three months and
that she will receive a free bottle of the Exfoliating
Facial and Body Scrub. She would be receiving the

If she has not started using the samples
say:
“Oh, I was so anxious to talk with you
and get your opinion.

today?” (Find out when she will begin and then be sure
to call her back in a timely manner) Remind her to use

On occasion you
will find that your prospect may want to use the samples a
bit longer before she makes a purchase or commits to a
lesson, and that’s okay. Tell her you understand, and
that you will call her back in another five days or so.
Then be sure that you make a note in your appointment book
so that you don’t forget to call her back in a timely
manner.
Sampling will work
for you but you must be willing to follow-up. It is
the key to sampling success. Don’t expect people to
call you regarding the samples, most wont.
